Welcome to TRAPI LTD, a cloud-based software tool designed to facilitate the seamless integration of user codebases with various travel API providers. By accessing our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description
TRAPI LTD provides a platform that integrates user-selected code files and manually entered information from travel provider API documentation with OpenAI's ChatGPT API, including automatic updates to the latest GPT API version. The service also includes integration with GitHub via OAuth2.0, allowing for the retrieval and management of codebase files.
Eligibility
The service is available to all users without any age restrictions.
Account Registration
There are no specific requirements for creating and maintaining an account with TRAPI LTD. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Transactions and Payments
TRAPI LTD operates on a pay-per-use basis. All transactions are final, and no cancellations are allowed once a purchase is made.

Data Handling
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). User data is encrypted and stored securely. Inactive user data is deleted after 18 months of non-use.
User Conduct
Users are expected to use the service responsibly and not to misuse or attempt to exploit the tool to access unauthorized data. Users should not use the service to transmit harmful or malicious software.
Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content and data generated on their GitHub branches through the use of the TRAPI platform.
Termination of Service
User accounts may be terminated for violations of these terms, including misuse of the service or other unlawful activities. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data handling policy.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. This arbitration will be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
Limitation of Liability
TRAPI LTD is not liable for any non-functional code generated by the service. Users are responsible for testing and verifying the functionality of the code generated by the platform.
Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All amendments will be posted on our platform and users will be notified via email. Continued use of the service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
